• *You are the company that you keep – refer a friend and earn $1000* conditions apply** Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting key verticals such as higher education, aviation, and government/institutional buildings to drive lead generation and exceed revenue goals. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to incorporate solar-integrated building envelope solutions into sector-specific projects. • Educate stakeholders on the long-term value of sustainable building technologies, including energy savings, operational efficiency, and environmental impact. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and strengthen market presence. • Deliver customized product presentations that address the unique needs of clients in the education, aviation, and public sectors. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution from initial sale through project completion. • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to guide strategic decision-making. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and foster new business relationships. Skills & Experience • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or sustainable technologies, with a strong background in institutional and public sector projects. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing new business in competitive markets. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with architects, contractors, and decision-makers. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Solid understanding of construction processes and sustainable building practices. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities. • Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
