Full Description

San Francisco, CA $80,000 - $150,000 (USD) Annually Permanent Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage high-end private residential design projects from concept to completion. • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with the principal and project team to deliver bespoke design solutions tailored to client needs. • Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and maintain quality standards for all deliverables. • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution. Skills & Experience • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential projects. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work with high-profile clients. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in design software and familiarity with luxury materials and finishes. • Based in San Francisco; available to work on-site at the principal’s residence 2–3 days per week, with flexibility for client meetings and site visits. • Open to candidates at junior, intermediate, or senior levels, provided they demonstrate exceptional design talent and professionalism.
