We’re a small, nimble team of passionate builders who believe humans must remain in the loop. The Role We’re hiring a sharp Growth Intern to drive go-to-market and growth. This is a remote, part-time internship with potential to convert to full-time. You’ll work closely with the CEO across outbound, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), partnerships, communities, and events—with heavy use of AI SDRs/outbound agents. What You’ll Do AI-powered outbound: Design, launch, and iterate multi-channel sequences using AI SDRs/outbound agents (email, LinkedIn, light calling). Tune prompts, personas, and guardrails to maximize replies and meetings. ICP & list ops: Define segments, enrich accounts/contacts, prioritize by intent and fit; keep CRM clean and deduped. Messaging & positioning: Write crisp, technical-friendly copy for product/research/data/compliance buyers. A/B test subject lines, value props, and CTAs. Funnel ownership: Track opens → replies → SQLs → opps; identify drop-offs and run experiments to improve conversion. Content & enablement: Draft short case studies, one-pagers, and Looms; support webinars, communities, and lightweight events. Partnerships & account mapping: Identify channel/design partners; map buying committees and warm paths. Feedback loop: Turn objections/patterns into product feedback; propose landing-page updates and proof points. Tools You May Use AI SDR / outbound: Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Instantly/Lemlist/Smartlead, GPT-based agents, Zapier/Make CRM & ops: HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Sheets/Notion, Segment/GTM, Clearbit/6sense Content & web: Webflow, GA4/Amplitude/Heap, Loom, Figma, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Minimum Qualifications Hands-on with AI SDRs/outbound agents (must-have): you’ve run automated sequences that booked real meetings—bring metrics. Copy that converts: concise, persona-aware writing; strong subject lines and CTAs. Data-driven operator: comfortable with spreadsheets, cohort analysis, UTM hygiene, and experiment design. Extreme ownership: self-starter, fast iterations, meticulous follow-through; CRM discipline and list quality obsession. Communication: excellent written/spoken English; proactive updates and clean documentation. Eligibility: Studying or recently completed a degree at a U.S./Canadian university; US work authorization or eligible for CPT/OPT. Nice-to-Haves Experience selling to technical buyers (AI/ML, product, data, compliance) Basic landing page/SEO chops (can brief or tweak Webflow) Community or partner-led growth experience Familiarity with outreach compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR basics) Light design sense for quick assets (Figma templates, slides) What Success Looks Like (Example KPIs) Reply rate & positive-reply rate by segment Meetings booked / SQLs per week Sequence performance (A/B deltas) and time-to-first-meeting List quality (bounce rate, enrichment coverage) and CRM accuracy Logistics Schedule: 15-25 hrs/week (flexible) Location: Remote (U.S.).
