Our culture is grounded in strong values, expertise, integrity, and treating every colleague and customer like family. Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. Based in Garland, TX, you will play a crucial role in analyzing operational data, optimizing processes, and providing supporting information that is crucial to decision-making processes. Responsibilities • Dashboard Maintenance and Analysis (e.g. Enterprise/Gas Panel/IMS) • iPad/Computer/HW/Equipment Asset Management and approvals • Troubleshoot computers for the office staff • Fleet Management (including registrations, inspections, maintenance, tolls, accidents, GPS monitoring) • Gas Card Management • Uniforms/SW Licenses (e.g. Service Titan)/Verizon) • Customer repairs tracking • Find inefficiencies and offer suggestions/solutions to fix them • Assist leadership with all other job duties assigned Qualifications • High School Diploma • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills. • Excellent time management capabilities. • Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights. • Effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration. • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Shift and Schedule • Monday to Friday • In person at Garland office 80%, Remote 20% Benefits • Paid time off • Retirement savings matching • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible spending account • Disability insurance • Life insurance 'Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference.
