Position Overview: The ideal candidate is an experienced injector who is passionate about aesthetics, patient education and delivering consistent, high-quality results. You will be stepping into a busy clinic with strong demand, loyal patients, and ongoing growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including but not limited to: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF, micro needling, skin boosters, IV therapy and wellness injections. • Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare • Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation • Be willing to train other providers on treatments • Uphold highest standards of safety, sanitation and patient care • Contribute to patient retention through excellent service and results • Collaborate with clinical leadership on promotions, social media advertising, events, and client growth initiatives. • Develop and maintain client relationships • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge • Comply with all state regulations and maintain documentation standards Qualifications: • Active RN/NP/PA license in Michigan • Minimum of 2 years of consistent hands-on aesthetic injecting experience • Advanced injector training and certification • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles • Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales-confidence skills • Flexibility and open availability as this is a 7 day/week clinic • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a new service line What We Offer: • Competitive pay structure: $150,000 base salary + commission/bonus opportunities based on performance. base salary • Autonomy and flexibility in scheduling • Supportive team environment and new, modern treatment space, supplies and access to medical-grade skincare. • Growth opportunities as the aesthetic department expands Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Per diem Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • aesthetic injection: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
