As Associate Dean of Online Education, you’ll provide leadership that blends academic vision, operational excellence, and innovation. This is a chance to make an impact on thousands of learners worldwide while working in a creative, student-centered environment. What you’ll do: Lead the course development team to create engaging, accessible, award-winning online courses. Manage a balance of innovation, quality, and time-to-market in our course development process. Support a roster of 350+ online instructors teaching thousands of course sections annually. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and instructor training. Collaborate with Berklee’s tech team to leverage AI and emerging tools that enhance learning and streamline development. Ensure academic rigor, quality, and student success across Berklee Online’s diverse programs (courses, certificates, degrees, MOOCs). Work with senior leadership to develop new programs and products that expand Berklee’s global reach and reputation.
