Job Description: • Lead complex performance improvement projects within their expertise pillar • Oversee project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables • Drive client value through analytics and strategic recommendations • Mentor and coach junior staff Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of industry experience in a relevant role • Bachelor's Degree required in health or related field • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools • Strong communication and analytical skills • Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
