Lead clinical development projects, develop clinical strategies, and oversee study execution in oncology therapeutics.
Requires an advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline, 8+ years in biotech/pharma, and expertise in oncology and translational medicine.
Job Description: • Lead clinical development of at least one high impact project • Determine the most expeditious path to progress for patients • Chart a course for the next wave of multifunctional assets at BeOne • Support BeOne Medicine’s clinical and medical assets • Successful execution of clinical development programs • Collaboration with external vendors and academicians • Accountability for developing clinical program strategy • Assure activities are executed within expected scope, budget, and timelines • Establish and grow Clinical Research functions • Provide leadership and clinical oversight for assigned studies and programs • Facilitate generation of key documents (protocols, consent documents, study reports, etc.) • Partner with clinical operations for successful clinical study implementation • Train internal and external staff on therapeutic area and clinical protocol Requirements: • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline (e.g. MD, PhD, or PharmD) • Minimum of 8+ years of experience and success within biotech/pharmaceutical industry and/or equivalent experience in academia • Professional knowledge and skills working in oncology therapeutics across solid tumor types is required • Proficiency in translational medicine is required • Strategic leader with demonstrated success building, managing, and developing individuals and teams • Working knowledge of applicable International Compliance guidelines and regulations is expected • Experience working in a global environment is required • Experience with the development and support of related SOP’s and policies is expected • Experience with partnerships and strategic alliances is expected • Extensive history of participation in filing activities leading to global approvals is preferred Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • FSA/HSA • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Wellness
