Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Support Specialist to support our daily operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient office management, exceptional customer support, and smooth communication across the company. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to ask questions, and a genuine interest in learning the business and advancing within the company. Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring thorough follow-up. • Perform accurate and efficient data entry to organize and maintain up-to-date company records. • Apply strong problem-solving abilities to improve workflows and support efficient business operations. • Handle general office duties including electronic filing, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining digital records. • Schedule appointments, manage client records, and assist with calendar coordination; experience using CRM software is a plus. • Utilize Google Workspace tools for documentation, collaboration, and communication within the team. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. • First face of the company such as greeting clients, answering calls, and assisting with clerical needs.
