Vice President of Finance Benevilla Main Campus- Surprise, AZ Pay Range: $105,000–$115,000 | Salaried, Exempt (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Work Environment: Primarily office-based; occasional evenings/weekends for board meetings, audits, budget cycles, or special projects. Hybrid/flexible work options may be available after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and based on organizational needs and operational requirements. Requirements: • Able to commute daily to Surprise, AZ area (relocation assistance not provided). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s strongly preferred). • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership. • Required nonprofit experience with fund accounting, grants, and restricted funds. • Experience managing complex government contracts and compliance requirements. • Proven leadership of finance teams and enterprise-level accounting systems. • CPA/CMA preferred but not required.
