• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across sourcing, planning, inventory, and logistics • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance management • Align material flow and purchasing strategies with production schedules and demand • Optimize inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess and waste • Drive cost-effective strategies across procurement, storage, and material movement • Implement and improve ERP/MRP/IRP systems to support operational efficiency • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices to streamline processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities • Meet role requirements including a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain management, and strong ERP/vendor management expertise
