A few examples of your responsibilities • Run the B2B sales function. Joining a fast-moving team and helping us scale a world-class sales organization to its next level, you’ll focus on executing and optimizing our sales processes, managing client relationships, and driving measurable results in enterprise sales. • Go after high-potential leads. Identify and cold-call on-target businesses to build a portfolio of respected, revenue-driving corporate clients. • Learn the industry inside and out. Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers of your industry so you can build profitable relationships. • Work closely with the product. Speak about it with clarity and confidence. Gather feedback from clients and share input to help shape future development. • Follow the data. Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value opportunities. • Stand out at every touchpoint. Typically, we offer individuals at the start of their career a salary of $70,173 to $91,661 in the US. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between $123,616 and $160,521 in the US. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. In high-cost markets such as New York City and San Francisco, compensation will generally be toward the upper end of the range, while in other markets it may fall lower within the range. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. Commitment & contract Permanent. Full-time. Location Boston (MA). The selection process If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful with those, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews.
