Support corporate office and property operations through administrative tasks, tenant and vendor communication, utility and invoice management, and special projects assistance.
At least 2 years administrative support experience, preferably in commercial property management, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably Yardi Voyager experience.
The Property Coordinator is a key role in supporting Bendetti’s corporate office and property operations. Responsibilities: -Office Administration: General administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of the corporate office including maintaining and managing office supply orders, organizing mail, and assisting with vendor service coordination. -Customer Service: Communicate with tenants and vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met. -Utilities Management: Assist Property Managers with utility transfers for existing assets, utility set up for newly acquired properties, and billing back tenants for utility charges. -Invoice Management: Assist Property Managers with invoice management including obtaining invoices from vendor websites, uploading them to YARDI, and coding invoices for processing. Assembly and upload of purchase orders, conditional release forms, and payment tracking logs for support. -Written Communications: Draft and distribute notices, letters, and other communications, for executive team. -Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and assist in the due diligence process during property acquisitions or dispositions by gathering necessary documents and data. Qualifications: Experience: -A minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably in commercial property management. -Strong understanding of property management processes is a plus. Education: -A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing is preferred, but not required. Skills: -Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). -Yardi Voyager experience preferred. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Organizational Skills: -Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize. -Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Working Conditions: -This position is full-time 8AM - 5PM and in person at our Irvine office. -Local travel may be needed.
