A high-growth US health tech startup is reimagining the $925B clear aligner market by building a new operating system for orthodontics. Backed by $7M+ funding and gearing up for Series A, we empower dentists to seamlessly deliver orthodontics-as-a-service and create 5-star patient experiences. We’re hiring a Head of Operations & Strategy to partner with the CEO as the senior operational leader and integrator. You’ll own everything post-sale – from treatment coordination to patient delivery – while building scalable, AI-first systems to support rapid growth. What you’ll do: • Stabilise and scale workflows across clinical, treatment coordination, and patient support • Implement EOS or similar frameworks to drive accountability and clarity • Integrate AI to reduce costs, streamline ops, and achieve instant patient response times • Design and optimise the customer journey for consistent 5-star experiences • Partner with the CEO on product roadmap, hiring, and resource allocation What we’re looking for: • 7+ years scaling operations in high-growth, venture-backed health-tech/dental-tech startups • Healthcare experience (particularly dental) with HIPAA compliance knowledge • Experience with Salesforce and managing Salesforce teams • Proven track record of promotions and operational leadership • Obsessed with efficiency, automation, and building world-class systems $150K–$200K + competitive equity 100% Remote (US-based, preference for SF/Austin)
