Head of Operations 📍 Remote (San Francisco) 💼 Full-time | $130k–$200k + Equity We’re looking for a senior, hands-on operator to own healthcare operations end-to-end and help scale a high-growth startup transforming patient outcomes. What you’ll be doing • Lead provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance—ensuring everything stays audit-ready. • Build and refine workflows across billing, scheduling, and intake to remove bottlenecks. • Coordinate between providers, payers, and internal teams to turn priorities into action. • Track and report on KPIs covering credentialing, throughput, and patient experience. • Ensure a consistently high-quality journey for patients and partners. What we’re looking for • 7+ years in healthcare operations, ideally in startups (Seed–Series C). • Experience in credentialing or payer enrollment is essential. • Bonus: familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid populations, managed billing/coding, or direct support of founder/exec teams. • Comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments and focused on impact.
