Benchmark Management is accepting applications to join our service/maintenance teams at our Ypsilanti apartment communities. Our maintenance teams are responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the apartments including work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns and grounds Immediate openings for skilled and entry level positions available. We offer extensive in-house training with the opportunity to earn certifications (CPO, HVAC) Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location.
