We are accepting applications to join our service/maintenance team in the position of Service Technician at our Oak Forest apartment community. Our maintenance teams are responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the apartments including work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns and grounds. The successful candidates will be High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems (certified) and various appliances. EPO required. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. On-call rotation required.
