Assist with front desk duties, office management, and event support at the counseling center.
Must be enrolled as a current student, have basic computer and customer service skills, and maintain confidentiality.

All Federal Work-Study students should read the program rules and regulations located at http://www.belmont.edu/sfs/employment/fws.html Primary Duties And Responsibilities Greet and assist students visiting counseling center Answer front desk phones Review emails if needed, Assist in check-in process Assist in office management tasks (i.e. organizing supplies, making campus deliveries, sign posting, etc) Assist in occasional special projects Assist staff with WellCORE events when needed Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Computer experience, knowledge of Word programs, able to take messages in a clear and organized manner, maintain confidentiality at all times, ability to get along with different personality types, good customer service skills Sitting for long periods of time, clear and understandable voice for taking walk in student information. May require sitting for longer periods of time, ability to lift small amounts of weight, some campus walking for delivery purposes. Basic computer & phone skills, good customer service skills, discretion in managing sensitive information / confidentiality Signing a confidentiality statement will be required when accepting this position Required Education Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.
