Job Summary Bellor is a premium combat sports apparel brand rooted in the culture of Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and boxing community. We’re entering a six-month content and growth push that includes regular social media posting, paid ad campaigns, and creative storytelling across Meta and TikTok, and we’re looking for a contractor to help bring that vision to life. Responsibilities We’re seeking an experienced contractor to lead our social media growth and paid advertising strategy across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok. This is a remote, flexible-hours contract role for 6 months, with preference for candidates located in Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; or Buffalo, NY. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape Bellor’s creative presence and help scale our brand. Responsibilities • Create and schedule 3 organic posts per week on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok following a structured, data-driven approach: • Month 1: Formulate 8 ads for launch • Month 2: Monitor ad performance and analyze results • Month 3: Adjust/create new ads based on data; formulate and run ~6 ads • Month 4: Monitor and optimize • Month 5: Refine based on insights; formulate and run 4 ads • Month 6: Continue scaling campaigns with focus on performance • Build and follow a monthly content/post calendar • Report on results with insights and recommendations for growth Desired Experience • 4+ years of professional experience in social media and paid ads • Proven track record of growing brand social media channels (provide examples if possible) • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager • Strong creative skills in content creation, copywriting, and targeting strategies • Experience with e-commerce or apparel brands preferred • Self-starter, highly organized, and data-driven Details • Contract Length: 6 months • Hours: Flexible - work on your schedule as long as agreed deliverables are met • Location: Remote (Preference: Pittsburgh, Tampa, Buffalo) • Compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 per month (based on experience) Please submit your resume along with a portfolio of 2-3 social media campaigns you have directly managed, along with a reference for each campaign to confirm work.
