Full Description

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager with cultural awareness and knowledge of African skincare and beauty trends to better serve our clientele. This role involves overseeing daily operations, visual merchandising, content creation, and sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and a confident salesperson with strong leadership skills and a passion for the beauty industry. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met • HEAVY Visual Merchandising Focus (dressing windows, display shelves, in-store marketing and promo, etc.) • Manage in-store marketing initiatives • Track and manage inventory at the store • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations. • Coordinate inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment for phone orders or online orders being picked up in store. • Assist the Marketing Department with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities in-store. • Help when needed with staff scheduling, training, and performance tracking. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in retail, beauty, or operations management. • Strong organizational, visual merchandising, and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Proficiency with Shopify or e-commerce tools is a plus. • Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer care. • Experience working with diverse clientele, particularly in African beauty and skincare, is a strong asset.
