Your tasks The Customer Service Support I (CSS I) assists customers with part identification, spare parts order processing, work order close out & invoicing. The CSS I will maintain the service database by entering & updating equipment warranties & other information. This position also assists in data collection, entry, and extraction of data from SAP. Compensation: $25.00 / hour How you will impact Belimed and our clients • Provide timely and accurate part identification & delivery times to customer • Process spare parts and consumable orders in SAP for customers • Communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate delivery methods and gather tracking information • Administer RMAs for customers, invoice all spare part & consumable orders • Assist customers and Finance in the resolution of billing and payment issues • Communicate any consumable pricing discrepancies to team lead • Initiate quotes for service work orders under service contracts, third-party vendors, and billable non-contract repairs • Collect purchase orders for service orders, work closely with the purchasing department • Research & annotate the closing of work orders associated with service contracts • Adjust service billing where required, invoices all work orders • Notify management of any issues, concerns, or customer satisfaction problems What you need to succeed • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 1 year of high volume inside sales/order entry experience • Experience in high detailed work involving data entry and analytical skills • Experience with SAP or another ERP system • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis in Outlook, Excel, and Word • Excellent verbal and written skills • Demonstrated strong customer service skills via phone and email • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail • Strong analytical/problem solving skills • Able to work overtime where needed
