Provide administrative support to HR leadership, manage scheduling and travel, coordinate onboarding, and handle HR ticketing requests.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong confidentiality, interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with various technology tools.
Description: • Provide vital administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and the broader HR team • Coordinate key processes, communication, and team initiatives • Manage complex scheduling by prioritizing appointments based on business needs • Confirm all meeting logistics in advance, including time zones, locations, contact information, notes, and agendas • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements • Draft internal and external communications while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism • Assist with onboarding projects and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all new employees • Manage HR ticketing requests in SFDC, ensuring timely completion Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting people and building relationships • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with technology tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Paycor, Jazz, Asana, Canva, Salesforce, and project management tools) Benefits: • Full-time remote work • Dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours • Vibrant, award-winning company culture
