Lead and manage a search team to execute paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, manage client relationships, and develop processes and training materials.
9+ years experience with paid search expertise, proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools, team management experience, and strong ecommerce media program knowledge.
Description: • Lead Belardi Wong’s search practice and manage a team of analysts. • Ensure the search team executes media with best-in-class strategy, testing plans, and cross-channel budget management. • Implement point of view on search across managed media clients and strategic consulting projects. • Build out digital media execution offering by developing processes, training, SOPs and materials. • Support in audits of paid search strategy across campaign structure, bid strategy, copy/creative, keyword strategy, Performance Max implementation and strategy. • Present findings in concise PowerPoint presentations to clients. • Lead execution of paid search strategy including campaign execution, reporting and analysis, delegating across the team. • Manage weekly call agendas and ensure key insights are communicated to clients. • Ensure campaigns are managed within budgets and ROAS targets; lead budget development and cross-channel optimization recommendations. • Lead client relationships and project manage client accounts ensuring holistic digital strategy across search and social. • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Looker, and Funnel to generate reports, insights, and recommendations. • Manage a multi-level team in training, bandwidth, and project management to produce efficient and accurate client services. • Develop SOPs, templates, and guidelines for search execution and train team. • Ensure team delivers work in scope and effectively manages time across clients. • Ensure cross-channel collaboration with social division and look for opportunities to drive cross-service revenue. • Participate in business development and seek new channel opportunities like Reddit, AI-generative search and display. • Share learnings across clients and be spokesperson in webinars and events. • Support division growth through new channel expertise, technology, or vendor partnerships. Requirements: • Candidate must have 9+ years applicable experience. • Must be very proficient in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker, Excel and Powerpoint. • A deep understanding of how to build and scale effective media programs for ecommerce and retail brands • Experience managing a team • Must be an expert in paid search. • A self-starter with ability to be both self-directed and be willing to collaborate with the broader team • Open to asking questions and the desire to learn and grow with the division • For immediate consideration, please provide your resume, salary requirements, and current contact information.
