You will work closely with the Global Category Growth Director and cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver value across all regions. This role is designed for a high-potential leader ready to operate at a global scale, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business. This is a hybrid role based in the US in Chicago, but the team works remotely and collaborates across all regions. Position Overview / Job Scope & Core Deliverables • Support the development and execution of the global category vision and growth strategy, collaborating with regional and local teams. • Lead and coordinate strategic category initiatives, including innovation launches, portfolio optimization, and best practice sharing across markets. • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making. • Partner with marketing, sales, and R&D to drive category growth projects from ideation to execution. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business cases to senior management and external partners. • Track performance metrics, report on progress, and recommend course corrections as needed. • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the global category team. • Embody the Bel Leadership competencies: drive and accelerate transformation, demonstrate agility, dare to innovate, unconditional collaboration, unleash & develop talents. Profile And Experience • Proven experience in category management, marketing, or commercial roles within FMCG or a related sector : 7+ years • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in a matrix and multicultural environment. • Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to influence and drive results across functions and geographies. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
