We are currently seeking a Senior Solid Waste Construction Quality Assurance Project Manager to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and coordinate solid waste construction quality control projects from proposal through completion, including all necessary regulatory agency submittals • Oversee Construction Quality Assurance for landfill cell liners, leachate and gas collection systems, cap construction, and environmental monitoring. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to conduct needs analyses and define project scopes, ensuring all milestones are met and expectations are effectively managed • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining seamless delivery through rapid problem-solving • Provide high-level technical direction and expert advisory to department managers and junior personnel to ensure project integrity and regulatory compliance • Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities to drive organizational growth • Facilitate the end-to-end resolution of complex issues arising within CQA projects • Maintain proactive communication with clients to report on project progress • Develop positive and ongoing relationships with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory agency representatives • Lead and contribute to critical project reviews and pre-submittal consultations to ensure alignment with project goals • Conduct weekly field audits to validate CQA data integrity and ensure adherence to project specifications • Willingness to travel to various project sites is a requirement • Perform other tasks as needed or assigned to support project needs QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience; 5-year minimum in the solid waste industry • Proficient at Microsoft Office BENEFITS BEL offers a full suite of benefits to its employees, including: • An engaging, positive, collaborative and flexible work environment • 3 different health insurance options including an option with no premium cost for employees • Dental and vision insurance with the company covering a percentage of the premiums • Employer paid life insurance with voluntary buy-up options • Voluntary short-term disability and the company pay 50% of the premiums • Voluntary long-term disability insurance • Tuition Reimbursement available • 9 paid holidays, sick PTO and vacation PTO, 12 Personal Wellness Days • Paid Parental Leave • 401k with a company match up to 4% PAY • Based on Experience, with a minimum starting salary of $90,000
