We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to support children, infants, and their families in North Carolina. Position Summary: Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.
