Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Operations Assistant position will include but is not limited to Provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments, including HR, billing, and clinical teams. Assist with tracking key operational metrics, documentation, and project deadlines. Maintain accurate and organized digital records across various systems and platforms. Support various processes for team members. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and internal reporting as needed. Help streamline workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency. Assist with auditing internal data and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives. Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and external partners. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role (healthcare or ABA experience a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative environment.
