We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with families to provide high-quality, individualized treatment plans. As our team continues to grow, supporting and engaging our employees remains a key priority. Job Description: The Employee Retention Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the employee experience, improving staff engagement, and promoting long-term retention within the organization. This position focuses on building strong relationships with employees, monitoring engagement trends, identifying retention risks, and working with leadership to implement solutions that strengthen the staff experience. The ideal candidate is approachable, proactive, resourceful, and committed to helping employees feel supported and valued throughout their employment at Behavioral Health Works. Conduct regular check-ins, stay interviews, and pulse surveys to assess engagement and job satisfaction. Identify early signs of burnout, disengagement, or turnover risk and escalate appropriately. Support new hires during their early employment period to ensure a strong onboarding-to-retention process. Support & Problem Resolution: Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance, workplace support, or help navigating internal processes. Collaborate with HR, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve issues impacting employee satisfaction. Provide feedback-based recommendations to leadership on ways to improve employee experience and retention outcomes. Program Development & Data Tracking: Assist with planning and implementing retention-focused initiatives, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities. Track retention metrics, feedback themes, and engagement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation of employee touchpoints, support efforts, and follow-up actions. Communication & Culture: Help promote a positive workplace culture rooted in communication, respect, and teamwork. Support internal communication efforts that keep employees informed and engaged. Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HR and organizational policies. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in employee relations, HR support, engagement/retention programs, or similar roles. Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive); experience with HR systems preferred.
