With a focus on curated collections and exceptional customer service, we’ve grown into a local favorite with two unique locations: Beginnings Boutique in Scarsdale and Beginnings Bleus in Armonk. Role Description We are seeking a part or full-time Sales Associate to join our team at Beginnings. This is a client-facing role for someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives on building relationships, and has a strong eye for styling. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with customers to create personalized shopping experiences, while also supporting daily store operations, merchandising, and maintaining the polished look and feel of the boutique. Key Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one styling and personalized shopping experiences for clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty • Assist with visual merchandising, styling mannequins, and seasonal floor sets • Stay up to date on new arrivals, product knowledge, and current fashion trends • Support store operations including unpacking and tagging merchandise, restocking, and maintaining fitting rooms • Contribute ideas and assist with social media content creation (styling looks, photos, videos, behind-the-scenes support) • Participate in store events and promotions as needed • Ensure the boutique maintains a clean, organized, and inviting presentation Qualifications • Prior retail or styling experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client experiences • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative • Availability to work part or full-time, including weekends and peak shopping seasons • Ability to travel between our Scarsdale and Armonk locations as needed Schedule & Requirements • Part or full-time availability required (including weekends) • Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our styling standards, product mix, and customer experience approach • Must be comfortable traveling between both store locations (Scarsdale & Armonk) If interested, please reach out here on LinkedIn or email elena@beginningsbleus.com
