Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Plumbing Project Manager to oversee plumbing operations on large-scale construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: • Manage plumbing scopes for hospitality and multifamily construction projects • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality • Resolve issues and adapt plans as needed to meet project goals • Collaborate with the service department for seamless project handoffs • Maintain documentation and reporting for project milestones Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing project management • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction processes • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred • OSHA certification a plus What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits • Supportive, family-oriented work culture • Opportunities for growth and leadership • Access to training facilities including our mock bathroom and apprentice instruction space • A chance to be part of a legacy built on integrity and craftsmanship Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: • Construction plumbing Project Management: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Englewood, CO 80113 (Required) Work Location: In person
