We are looking for a Brand Coordinator with a strategic mindset and a “can-do” attitude. If you love skincare and are excited to take Beekman 1802 to the next level, this job is for you! The Brand Coordinator drives the business by partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring the brand vision to life. You are responsible for overseeing activation strategies, including product positioning, storytelling, and briefing creative assets. You have insights on market trends, the competitive landscape, and assortment gaps and opportunities as it pertain to the marketplace. This is a remote role that primarily works in the EST time zone. Excellent written communication and a willingness to work collaboratively through tools such as Teams, Asana, and Slack are a must. Major Duties • Assist in the development and execution of annual marketing calendars, ensuring successful implementation of the plan (on time & in budget), working with cross-functional teams • Analyze competitive environment, new launch activity, launch campaigns, and deliver analysis and bring best practices to the team • Partner with the creative department, copy, and content team to assist in the review and approval of designs • Assist in the creative and management of 360-brand campaigns with cross-functional teams • Contribute to ideation around how to bring new launches and seasonal activations to life, and actively manage executions • Support and analyze all marketing activities, including consumer promotions, digital, social media, research, and pricing analysis • Assist in the development of robust new product presentations and preparation of meetings with cross-functional teams • Help organize and consolidate seasonal and new launch hindsight to uncover insights to drive the business • Source consumer insights from social listening tools as well as other methods of gathering insights to drive stronger communication and provide recommendations based on analysis • Ensures all brand communications are consistent with brand positioning Requirements • Passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry is a must; interested in beauty and skin care trends • 1+ years of marketing internship/work experience, ideally in brand management, channel management, project management, or consumer insights for a CPG and/or prestige beauty/skincare categories • Strong strategic and creative thinker • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strong computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel essential • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work within a matrixed organization • Excellent and dynamic interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and oral) skills • Familiar with relevant social and project management platforms • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects as necessary Other Considerations An eligible candidate would be a resident of one of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin. The base salary range for this role is $55,000- $60,000, depending on skills and experience levels.
