Beechwood Carolinas currently has an immediate, exciting opportunity for a Skilled Finish Handyman (Punch Carpenter) at our Broadmoor AND Lakeside Pointe (Sherrill's Ford) Communities. · Must be capable of all finish and trim carpentry (ex. interior trim, cabinet installation, and all finish-related work). · Ability to address/finish punch list items in a timely manner to ensure home is ready for final inspection/walkthrough prior to closing · Attention to quality and detail a must to handle (including but not limited to): o Paint touch ups o Spackling o Tiling, grouting, caulking o Finish Carpentry · Appliance installation · Lifting/moving items as required · Must have own tools and vehicle · Perform other duties as required Requirements: 5+ years of residential construction and handyman experience Customer Service experience Job is performed standing Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Ability to follow safety standards when working with multiple tools and equipment Highly motivated – independent worker Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Full Benefits Package Phone Allowance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $26.50 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Residential construction: 5 years (Required) • Handyman: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
