The full Pay Range is $66,600.00 - $124,300.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You’ll lead the development of long- and short-range forecasts, capacity and budget planning, and hiring strategies that ensure our teams are staffed to meet member needs—today and into the future. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, employee engagement, and member satisfaction. WHAT YOU’LL GAIN: A strategic, data-driven role with measurable impact on customer experience and employee engagement Full ownership of forecasting, capacity planning, budget alignment, and hiring strategy A leadership opportunity where your insights shape workforce strategies across the organization The chance to mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams Access to advanced WFM tools and a supportive, innovative team environment A mission-driven culture where your work contributes to the financial well-being of our members An inclusive, growth-oriented workplace that values professional development and continuous learning QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent work/educational experience Minimum 3–5 years of Workforce Management experience, preferably in a Contact Center or Retail environment Demonstrated experience in leading WFM initiatives, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management Proven ability to manage capacity planning, budget forecasting, and hiring strategy Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Desired Qualifications: Proficiency with Workforce Management Systems (e.g., Verint, NICE, Genesys, or similar) Experience with long-term forecasting models, scenario planning, and budget alignment Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to influence stakeholders, present data-driven recommendations, and collaborate across departments Full-time availability with flexibility for additional hours as needed EEO Statement: BECU is an equal opportunity employer.
