The full Pay Range is $131,800.00 - $244,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. Your leadership will influence personalized engagement, cross-sell initiatives, and loyalty programs that enhance financial well-being for our members. You’ll partner across teams to create seamless experiences and ensure every campaign reflects BECU’s member-first philosophy. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation. Drive Strategy: Design and execute cross-sell and engagement programs that increase product adoption and deepen member relationships. Shape Lifecycle Journeys: Build marketing journeys that support cross-sell, utilization, and retention across key member segments. Leverage Data: Apply your analytical expertise to transform segmentation, predictive modeling, and machine learning into personalized member experiences that drive meaningful engagement. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, digital, and channel partners to deliver integrated campaigns across owned and paid channels. Champion Financial Health: Oversee initiatives that educate and empower members to achieve long-term financial well-being. Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, monitor results, and use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact. Channel Orchestration: Develop the strategy and execution in owned channels. Manage Resources: Lead annual planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with strategic priorities. Represent and Influence: Serve as a key voice for Member Marketing in enterprise initiatives and external events. This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Typically requires a minimum 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree preferred. Related experience in banking/financial services. Experience leading direct mail marketing campaigns. Analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions. Understanding of member lifecycle, segmentation, and cross-sell strategies in financial services or similar industries. Communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
