Description: • Drive Strategic Alignment: Partner with divisional VPs and SVPs to execute organizational strategies, manage business routines, and align technology initiatives with broader business goals. • Lead Operational Rhythms: Own the cadence of business operations—facilitating business reviews, internal communications, and engagement activities that keep teams informed and connected. • Deliver Executive Insights: Provide strategic recommendations and business insights that influence decisions on programs, staffing, governance, and budget planning. • Craft Executive Communications: Develop compelling narratives and visual presentations that simplify complex ideas and support executive messaging. • Manage High-Impact Projects: Lead and oversee special projects and programs, applying sound judgment and change management best practices to ensure successful outcomes. • Represent Leadership: Act as a trusted delegate for divisional leaders in meetings and cross-functional engagements, ensuring priorities are communicated and followed through. • Streamline Processes: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business management functions. • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organization to align on priorities, support strategic initiatives, and drive business outcomes. • Understand the Business End-to-End: Use your knowledge of the full business landscape to provide direction and recommendations that support long-term success. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field, or equivalent work/educational experience • 10+ years of experience in executive office functions, chief of staff roles, business operations, or program/project management • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint), especially PowerPoint and Excel • Experience in executive storytelling and communications, including presentation software and data analysis tools • Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments with strong critical thinking and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences Benefits: • Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. • Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. • We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. • Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. • Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
