Secret Management Solutions Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Secret Management Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role involves helping customers manage their API-keys, DB access tokens, certificates, and other credentials across all parts of their infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: • Activating new customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any questions they may have; • Expanding the use of our secret management platform within customer accounts (e.g., running proof-of-concept with leads, guiding customers through onboarding, or recommending best practices for specific architectures and use cases; • Becoming a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders; • Daily interactions with customers to identify areas of friction and potential improvement in workflows, understanding customer needs, and providing feedback towards product development; • Improving documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback; • Managing/facilitating case studies and customer quotes/references; • Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders; • Understanding user journeys and guiding UX/DX roadmap efforts; About Us We are the leading open-source secret management platform for developers.
