Objective: We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure product compliance. Job Description The Quality Inspection Manager will be responsible for supervising the inspection team, assigning tasks, scheduling workloads, and monitoring quality activities. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Supervise 8-10 inspectors at the Northridge location • Assign tasks that align with the production schedule • Provide direction to the inspection team based on established policies and procedures • Develop and implement training plans for inspection personnel • Maintain knowledge of general inspection techniques and theory for mechanical and electronic assemblies • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field • Proven leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with AS9100 quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $97,000 - $146,400 per year, as well as opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
