Senior Operations Manager - Restoration The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing water and fire mitigation and restoration business, managing production crews and jobs according to industry best practices. Key responsibilities include assigning and coordinating jobs with our crews, maintaining up-to-date records of job progress, and ensuring seamless communication with managers and owners. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a solid understanding of project management principles, and the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in project management, strong communication and time management skills, and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of the restoration business • Oversee water and fire mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish • Maintain accurate records of job progress and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Coordinate with production technicians to ensure timely completion of projects • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and open communication among team members Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field • At least two years of experience in project management • Strong communication and time management skills • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions • Familiarity with Xactimate software About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
