Job Title: Project Manager About the Position: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead small to medium-sized projects, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and client collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to develop and implement effective project plans. • Plan, organize, and control project resources to meet project objectives. • Work closely with clients and internal teams to define project scope, schedule, and budget. • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. • Foster a culture of safety and promote pre-task planning among team members. • Monitor and improve project quality standards. Essential Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, environmental science, or geology) and 5 years' experience, or 9 years' experience without a degree. • A valid driver's license with a good driving record. Desirable Certification: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or similar professional registration/certification.
