Full Description

At the forefront of energy system management, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our projects. "> Serving as the primary technical interface with our clients, you will be responsible for gathering and managing project requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and defining deliverables across all domains (Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, Testing, etc.). Key responsibilities include facilitating the clarification and definition of complex system specifications, requirements, and expectations, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer needs. You will execute tasks within frameworks of configuration management, functional safety, cybersecurity, and other relevant standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices across all domains. Supporting project-wide risk management, you will assess feasibility and identify risks from component level through to final product validation. Participating in technical discussions with the project team, you will lead and escalate critical issues while maintaining a strong focus on the customer perspective. Requirements for this role include: • A bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, with a master's degree preferred. • Professional experience in system design, systems engineering, or a strong background in software, hardware, or mechatronics. • Proficiency in requirements analysis and management tools, as well as configuration and change management systems. • Proactive and self-motivated, results-oriented, with a growth mindset and strong commitment to excellence. • Extensive experience interfacing with customers in technical environments; strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to lead technical discussions effectively. • Comfortable working in a global environment with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
