Job Description As a Project Manager Intern, you'll have the opportunity to assist seasoned Project Managers with a variety of tasks. You'll work closely with our team to: • Estimate project proposals and assign dollar values to the projects • Create working timelines for subcontractors/trades to ensure timely completion • Attend design meetings with owners and teams to understand project requirements • Coordinate buyouts, scheduling, and drawings for subcontractors • Process permits, shop drawings, and submittals • Manage billing, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications • Conduct job site visits to monitor project progress Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: • A degree in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management • A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 • Previous internship or co-op construction experience is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic Benefits As an ARCO intern, you'll enjoy: • A competitive hourly rate with overtime possibilities • Housing stipend based on need • Internship hours count towards ESOP eligibility • End-of-term performance bonus based on merit • Path to full-time position • Sign-on bonus for each term served if hired as a full-time associate following graduation • Direct access to leaders • Intern training program to learn real-world skills • 2 formal reviews during your internship to enhance learning opportunities • Traveling to job sites • Engagement events ,
