At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a pharmacy technician, with strong administrative and communication skills.
Job Description The Experiential Programs Manager will be responsible for managing the Experiential Programs for pharmacy students at a leading College of Pharmacy. This role involves working with faculty and staff to develop and implement program activities and processes, including preceptor conferences and job fairs, and CPR training. Responsibilities include: • Providing senior-level administrative support to faculty, staff, and students. • Communicating and interfacing with healthcare professionals who provide experiential training to pharmacy students. • Developing and maintaining databases and electronic learning management systems software. • Preparing reports, manuals, and other documents to support the activities of students and faculty. Required Skills and Qualifications This position requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline. A minimum of one year of directly job-related experience is required. Applicants with experience as a pharmacy technician are preferred but will accept job-related experience.
