Meta is seeking a skilled Design Program Manager to drive the success of our product teams. "> Job Description We are inspired by what's possible. This role will play a key part in achieving this goal. As a Design Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the various aspects of our product teams, enabling them to focus on designing, building and shipping products. You will improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks, ensuring that our teams are working efficiently and effectively. You will utilize a full range of organizational and demonstrated communication skills to help keep our teams on track, execute specific design initiatives intended to grow team health, subject-matter knowledge and team impact. This includes establishing clear next steps and owners, while resolving blocks that impede progress. Required Skills and Qualifications • Product Strategy: Identify and drive large product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines and many moving parts • Communication: Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically • Team Collaboration: Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve product team efficiency and impact • Making Things Happen: Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners, while resolving blocks that impede progress • Risk Management: Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams • Leadership: Sought out as the operations subject-matter expert to the management team and trusted leader to cross-functional partners • Persuasion: Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback • Problem Solving: Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively • Impact Analysis: Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption • Scalability: Scale programs and initiatives when necessary • Operational Management: Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of $129,000/year to $185,000/year, plus bonus, equity and benefits.
