Procurement Specialist This role requires a professional with expertise in procurement and vendor management to join our team. • Order products to meet forecasted demand • Obtain best possible product costs, quality and service • Ensure established policies and procedures are understood and adhered to The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of purchasing or vendor management experience, with strong organizational and analytical skills. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, including managing inventory, supply chain, and financial accountabilities. • Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors, store operations, distribution center, and division office personnel • Review acquisition costs, assess current inventory, market conditions, and promotional impact to forecast order quantities and make recommendations • Conduct post-promotional reviews and analysis to determine if promotional requirements were met Responsibilities: • Procure products in accordance with all policies and procedures established by the company • Interface with various departments and division personnel to accomplish job functions Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of Purchasing or Vendor Management experience • Strong computer aptitude in MS Office including Word and Excel
