Job Opportunity This Sr. Pricing Analyst role will partner with business leaders, sales, replenishment, finance, and business development to drive operational and pricing excellence. The ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, dependable, and innovative, with a desire to drive impactful pricing decisions and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain customer price information. • Lead price change events and/or strategic pricing reviews. • Partner with managers on strategic pricing decisions and recommendations through analysis and insights consistent with pricing objectives. • Analyze price relationships between products. • Collaborate with local teams to fully understand drivers in requests to ensure accurate pricing is set up. • Develop and/or provide training to new leaders within the business on pricing strategy. Requirements: • Proven ability to understand complex concepts and manage projects. • Demonstrated detail orientation, able to identify anomalies and opportunities through analytical skills. • Solid understanding of business concepts, pricing concepts, and financial metrics. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. • Track record of building effective relationships and contributing to a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance. • 3 years building materials or related industry experience. • 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or finance and pricing management experience. • Strong data analysis skills utilizing tools like Excel and PowerBI.
