Premium Operations Manager As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of premium operations. This includes managing the recruitment, training and development of team members in our standards and procedures. • Drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results with the location leadership team • Engage staff within the premium department and foster a positive culture The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position, a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and high level computer literacy.
