Senior Export Compliance Specialist This is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and deep subject matter expertise to drive our high-profile federal compliance program forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, robust analytical and writing capabilities, and thorough knowledge of export regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC) to excel in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. • Lead a team of analysts conducting export compliance reviews under ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related federal regulations. • Analyze complex regulatory and technical issues, presenting findings in clear language to stakeholders. • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of export control databases and review documentation. • Serve as liaison with federal managers, ensuring final recommendations meet program needs. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to junior team members. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience with export laws and regulatory interpretation (ITAR, EAR, OFAC). • MA/MS degree. • Strong understanding of CFIUS-related matters and export classification processes (preferred). • Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills for diverse audiences. • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
