Job Requirements: Fabrication Operators must be able to perform a variety of tasks that include operating machinery, inspecting products, and maintaining a safe working environment. They must also be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure that production goals are met. To be successful in this role, an individual must have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Key Skills: • Strong mechanical aptitude • Attention to detail • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience working with metal fabrication equipment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
