Job Title: Delivery Specialist Core Job Functions • Deliver and pick up merchandise to meet client expectations. • Stock shelves with products in a timely manner. • Interact with customers and provide them with information about products and services. • Utilize technology to increase productivity and efficiency. • Ensure that all aspects of the job are completed accurately and on time. • Develop relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention. • Perform routine tasks such as cleaning and maintenance. • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Essential Requirements • Valid driver's license. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Basic computer skills. • Good problem-solving skills. • Customer service experience.
