Full Description

Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor This role involves leading a team of retail associates, overseeing daily store operations, and providing exceptional customer service. • Safety and Security: Monitor the sales floor, correct or report unsafe conditions, and maintain security protocols. • Customer Service Excellence: Treat customers with respect, demonstrate courtesy and friendliness, and recognize associates using recognition programs. • Store Appearance and Maintenance: Represent the company brand, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure all areas of the store are clean and well-maintained. Administrative Responsibilities: • Cash Handling: Ensure cash pulls and bank deposits are conducted according to policy. • Front-End Control: Responsible for front-end control when needed, including refund approval, associate purchase approval, and securing tills and cash in a safe. • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, including daily punch edits, associate scheduling compliance, and payroll reporting as needed. Requirements: • Effective Communication Skills. • English Fluency. • Prior Customer Service and Supervisory Experience Preferred.
